We have found that adjusting the display DPI setting to make thing easir to
read on the screen, excel documents don't print out the same as before.  It
seems to effect how much can fit on the paper.  Why would display settings
have anything to do with printer settings and more importantly is there a
way to fix that?

Hi John,
What you see on the screen and in print preview is tied to print drivers,
probably works out better that way.   However, display sizes are usually
manipulated by specifying  a screen size.
