I have a workbook with 70 worksheets. I need to print each worksheet
seperately, but duplex. I thought (and have done in the past) that when I
entered any print settings for one worksheet ,that setting would apply to all
worksheets (by clicking the print icon on the toolbar), as long as the
workbook remained open. However, now the print settings do not save, and in
order to get each worksheet to print duplex, I must manually go into the
print dialog box and enter print settings for each sheet individually. Is
this a bug in Excel 2003, or might it be an issue on the server side, since
the printer is on a network?
Thanks in advance.

Right-click on first sheet tab and "select all sheets"
Do your setup on active sheet and will be done to all sheets.
In my experience, Excel has never transferred settings to all sheets unless all
are selected.
But I have never had a printer that duplexed so could be missing out on
something<g>

Thanks-but that solution was not successful. Selecting all the worksheets
just grouped them and made all the worksheets print at once.
It had been working fine before-the print settings would transfer from sheet
to sheet without any prompting from me, as long as the workbook was open. But
a while back this function stopped working. The more I think about it, it may
be a print server issue, so I'll go harass the ITCS guys.
Thanks!

It sounds like you've not ungrouped the sheets after setting the print
settings. After selecting all sheets and setting print settings i.e. duplex
etc, select a single sheet or right-click a tab and chose Ungroup Sheets.
