I have a table set up and selected as my print area.
Print preview shows that it slightly fits over 1 page at 100% adjustment.
The page is in Landscape setting.

When I try and fit to 1 page wide by 1 page tall it syas it cannot fit as it
can not reduce it by more than 10%.

It says that the margins do not fit the page size - yet I have put the
margins to zero as well.

It SHOULD fit one 1 paqe with out any problems.

PLEASE ASSIST

Maybe your table is too big to fit just one page...

If would like, you could upload your file to www.rapidshare.de to see if
it's possible to reduce something in order to fit the table to one page...

Hope I helped you.

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Hi Bradley,
Check the  Used Range    with   Ctrl+End
You may have to reduce your Used Range by deleting
rows and columns  more information at
  http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/lastcell.htm#makelastcell

If that is okay then check your page margins
  File, Page Setup,  margins
or better in Print Preview  (File, Print Preview)
where you can see them using the  Margin (tab)

Next if it still doesn't quite make it.
File, Page Set Up,  Page (tab)
Fit to _1_  page(s) wide by _1_  pages tall
those are two independent settings,   You can simply use fit
to 1 pages wide and leave the other empty.,
