Could be we're not sure what "head to toe" means.
At least I'm not sure, for one.
Could you give us a better description of your present
layout...sheets.....columns.......rows......and how you need it presented upon
printing into book form.

Thanks, Gord. What I mean by head to toe is that when you print
double sided, place the page in a loose leaf notebook, and flip from
Page 1 to Page 2, the 2nd page doesn't read upside down, but right
side up, because the 2nd page was printed in the opposite direction of
page 1 - head to toe if you will. So front and back are not matching,
but on opposite ends.
Thanks again,
Stuart

Hi Stuart,
What you're referring to is a duplexing option for your printer and is controlled via your print driver's controls. Ordinarily,
you'd set this via Start|Printers from the main Windows screen, or via File|Print|Advanced from whatever application you're working
in. This is not something that's normally controlled by Excel - though it could be done via a macro.

Correct. I know how it would ordinarily be done, but I can't seem to
get this to function via the windows print drivers, unless you know of
a way. What I was hoping for were some instructions for how to set
this up via a macro. Any suggestions most appreciated.
Thanks,
Stuart

You could run through and print Odd pages then flip the sheets over and print
the Even pages.
Code provided at Ron de Bruin's site.

Hi Stuart,
Exactly how its done depends on the particular printer you're using - there's no 'universal' way.
