Print in grayscale from macro

Howdy, is it all possible to be able to make a sheet which is in color
print in grayscale from a macro without bringing up the printer dialog
box???

If that cant be done is there a way to bring up the printer options
from a macro so you can manually change to select grayscale??

Application.Dialogs(xlDialogPageSetup).Show
