We recently upgraded from Office 2000 to 2007. Now some of our users are
having issues printing their spreadsheets using tabloid (11x17) with any of
our network printers (HP, Xerox, Sharp). They did not have this issue with
2000.
The issue is when they submit a print job, it just sits at "spooling" then
errors out. We've tried everything we can think of to try to resolve the
issue but to no avail. They can print any size but 11x17. Any help is
appreciated. Thanks.

Hi,
Yes, we have the same tabloid paper size printing issue in excel 2007. Just
stays in que, spooling. It will print on landscaped 8x11 size, but not
tabloid. When I find a solution, I'll post it here. However, the user
hasn't specified if she selected the tabloid size in the excel paper size
settings, or the print driver settings. I believe she is doing it in the
driver settings for a Konica Fiery X3eTY 35C-KM
