Not Printing the Top of my Page

I am using Excell 2003.
I have a 1 page report, that was created by someone else.  At the top, they
used
a "header" for the heading.  I did not like this because I have several 1
page reports, by department, on one spreadsheet.  So I inserted several rows
before the report and put the same header information right into the report.
That way I can see which department and date I am working on at all times.
I then deleted the header information.  I re-formated the "print area" to
show the whole report, including the extra lines I added at the top of the
report.  I viewed the report in "Page Break Preview" to made sure everything
still fit on one page.  It did.  But when I do a print preview, the top
header lines do not show.  Does anyone have any idea as to why this is not
working?  I am totally confused.  I certainly would appreciate any help you
can give me.

thank you - aurora
