Trouble printing excel spreadsheets - 11 Sep 2007 03:32 GMT
I have been using excel and printing with no problem - but recently I find I
am unable to print any part of my spreadsheets.  I haven't changed any
equipment -
I have an HP deskjet printer - it works for all other applications.

Only clutching at straws but check out the following:-

What happens if you select print preview? Do you see what is supposed to be
printed?

Do you have a print area selected? (This should not matter but check anyway.)

What happens when you select File->Print. Do you get the dialog box for
selecting the printer? Is the correct printer selected? Make sure that the
box is not checked to print to a file.

Hi OssieMac-
Thanks for your response - I have tried file>print, I've tried selection
only, the print to file is not checked.  I even tried copy and paste to a
word file to print from there with no luck!  Can't understand this either-

The print preview shows exactly what I've selected but still prints a blank
page...arghh......

Sorry but my only other suggestion is to try reinstalling Excel if it is only
occurring with Excel.

Regards,

OssieMac
