Hi, Hope I'm in the right group.
Have a customer that is running some software containing customers details &
records.
Once a month a "run" is done to print out the accounts (statements?).
There are about 1000 to print out.
Recently there was a paper jam or somethoing about halfway through the
"job".
Without thinking, the printer was turned off or something, but to cut the
story short, the job can't be resumed from where it had a problem. It now
wants to start from the beginning.
Now if it was one job with 1000 pages, I could tell it to resume from page
500-1000.
In this case it appears like it is 1000 jobs of 1 page each?
Is there any way I can help her resume from "x" account?
At present the only way we can see is to print page by page. (customer by
customer)
HELP !!!

Hi Bruce,

If it is 1000 jobs of one page each and it is sent as one print job then am
I right in assuming the the print job is generated by a macro? If so, then if
you can copy and post the macro then maybe I can help.

Regards,

OssieMac

Unfortunately I'm not real sure as it is imbedded into the program itself.
It is very dificult to access the database (locked) from outside the program
itself.
It is a program called "Visual VetAid" & runs a vet's practise. Of course I
can access (grab?) the MDB database but haven't tried to "crack" it.
Thanks for helping by the way......... I'm trying to save a tree!!! (few
reams of paper plus toner!!)
