When I put drawings into an Excel 2007 spreadsheet they move when I do print
preview and/or print and have the settings at print to one page wide.  Is
there any fix for this?  I have installed Office 2007 SP1 and that has not
helped.  It worked in Office 2003.  Thank you.

There should be an option in Properties for pictures and drawings that is
something like 'do not size or move with cells', try checking that radio
button and see if that fixes the problem.
