I want to use the Datagrid or Flexgrid controls on an Excel user form.  When
I try to add the control I get a message 'The control could not be created
because it is not properly licensed' .  I am using excel 2k3 pro sp2.  Any
help with this would be appreciated.

Thanks
JR

JR,

I believe you need to have a licensed version of vb to be allowed a design
license on the control.
