We have a labelling software that looks at Excel sheets to generate
labels.

I have recently made a simple MS Query to look at our company database
for the live information.

But can the sheet refresh when closed? Is it specific enough to ask
whether a sheet is "opened" or refreshed when another sheet or
software reads from it?

Or are we stuck manually opening and refreshing the sheet manually on
a daily basis?

Any thoughts much appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi ,
If the labelling software can query excel, it is possible that the software
can query the database directly without having to run a first (same) query
within excel. What is this software?
