How to delete duplicate record

I have one excel spread sheet has sheet1 and sheet2, after I combined
together it has a lots of duplicate record, I hight light the data--> advance
filter--> check unique record only, on the left site of ColumnA, is show
random number like
1
3
5
7
8
9
with total of 866 rows, but actually only 530 rows, how can I reumber on the
left site of ColumnA

You are still in filter mode.  Select the 530 items and copy to the
clipboard.  Then get out of filter mode and your row numbers will come back.  
Then you can paste the 530 items where you want them.  Or in the advanced
filter mode you can specify where you want them copied to, all in one fell
swoop.
