Excel 2007 Buttons

This is my first time using Excel 2007, before I used 2003. How do I
insert buttons into a spread sheet for excel 2007? Do I need to
install any special package? How do I enable a button on the ribbon so
that I can drag and drop the button onto the spread sheet?

Set the Developer tab to display under Excel Options, Popular.
