I have two worksheets:  Report and Weekly Report.  On the report I have the
data listed by days. Some days are five day work weeks and some can be up to
seven day work weeks.

Simple example below
Report
Date                Failures
12/3                    5
12/4                    6
12/5                    3
12/6                    9
12/7                    10
12/10                   3
12/12                   2
12/15                   1

I want the weekly report to look like this:
Week Of              Failures
12/3                       33
12/10                      6

I want to use macros for these examples.

Thanks

If dates in K and failures in L then enter 12/1/2007 date in cell o1. The
next formula in o2
$O$1-WEEKDAY($O$1,3)+ROW(A1)*7
and copy down as desired. Then in p2
=SUM(IF(($K$2:$K$22>=O2)*($K$2:$K$22<=O2+6),$L$2:$L$22))
adjust number of rows to suit>ARRAY enter using ctrl+shift+enter. Then copy
down to match col o
