calculate difference of time

hello,

i have in a xls-sheet to rows formated as time (hh:mm)
in each row the entries looks like

08:00   12:00  -> 04:00
11:10   17:10  -> 07:00
12:30   12:55 -> 00:25

in the calculated column i want to have the difference between the two
timestamps

how can i do this.
