=VLOOKUP(TM1!B192,(CONCATENATE("List2B_",TM1!B14)),3,FALSE)

This formula, is to check for a value, in a named range. The Rang
depends on what the CONCATENATE("List2B_",TMS!B14) generates...

However Im getting an error when doing this.. anyone know why

Try INDIRECT(CONCATENATE(...))
