I have a workbook with custom menu with a list of menu
items. I want to attach them to the worksheet. When I go
to Customize - Toolbars and highlight "Worksheet Menu Bar
The Attach Button is no longer greyed out. Clicking on it
brings up a list of tool bars but not the one I
highlighted.

Can you "attach" a custom menu bar to a worksheet?

Did you put your customizations on a builtin toolbar (worksheet menubar???) or
did you create a new toolbar?

If you did the first, try creating a new toolbar, put all your stuff on that new
custom toolbar and then you can attach that one.
