Every time I open Excell, a Visual Basic Window appears with the message "Run-time error 5 Invalid procedure call or argument". Clicking the End button will close the error message window and makes the worksheet available. It's just annoying to see this message pop-up each time I launched Excell

Any thoughts how can I resolve this issue is highly appreciated.

Something that's starting when excel starts is causing trouble.

Chip Pearson has some instructions for finding problems at:
http://www.cpearson.com/excel/StartupErrors.htm

Essentially, you're going to move stuff out of your XLStart folder and uncheck
everything under Tools|Addins.  (But keep track!)

Then one by one, you'll add one back and restart excel to see if that caused the
problem.
