I was using Office XP It was loaded at C:\program files\Microsoft
office\office 10
All was working OK
I removed it and installed Office 2003:it installed at C:\program
files\Microsoft office\office 11
I place my file PERSONAL.XLS in the XSTART folder.(office 11)
When I run EXCEL it does not recognized PERSONAL.XLS If I check under
MACRO....Nothing there
What I am doing wrong
Thanks

What operating system are you using?  I am using Windows XP and my
personal.xls is located here:

C:\Documents and Settings\myname\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART

Hope that helps!
