I have a user running Excel 2002 SP2.  Certian files are automatically
creating a backup .xlk file.
Office was upgraded from 2000 to XP.  Is there any way to turn this function
off.
This is not happening on all of her excel files

For the files that this happens:

File|saveAs|Tools|General Options, uncheck that "always create backup" box
(save it as the same name, though.)
