I have spend a great deal of time customizing my Excel program at work
(macros, buttons, menus, etc.) and would like to transfer all these
customized features to my computer at home.  Is there an easy way to do this?

Not a good idea unless you own the company.  Most employers have a policy
that employees are under strict guidelines regarding the transferal or use of
work computers for their own reasons!
