Hello helpers
I am quite new to excel . I use excel 2002 . Can someone please tell me how
to open or set up fields where I can type addresses quickly into the current
database? I seem to remember some years ago this feature was already there ?
I believe they are called Data Forms?
Thanks Kez

Data>Form

Same as previous versions.

In top row have titles in separate cells for Name, Address, Phone etc.

Select a range you know will be large enough, say A1:G500 and name it
"DataBase"(no quotes)under Insert>Name>Define.

Select a cell anywhere in that range and Data>Form.

Start typing.
