You will need to contact the computer vendor as it sounds like an OEM
version of the software.
You could try your local MS office, but if it is OEM they will be unable to
help

Was the reloading of programs the result of a complete re-format and
re-install of the OS?
If so, you may be able to contact MS and explain the situation.
