I have Excel 97 and recently I have had to reload all of my programs - My
problem- I have the disc and book, but not the original jacket with the cdkey
- I do have the product id# and know that my product was registered with
Microsoft - how do I get my cdkey number to reload my program - please help -

You will need to contact the computer vendor as it sounds like an OEM
version of the software.

You could try your local MS office, but if it is OEM they will be unable to
help

Was the reloading of programs the result of a complete re-format and
re-install of the OS?

If so, you may be able to contact MS and explain the situation.

How to replace lost, broken, or missing Microsoft software or hardware.

If the registry was not re-built you should be able to find the CD key using
