How do I set up repeating data in specified blocks from page to page without
retyping it on each and every page?

Hi

by page to page do you mean printed pages or between worksheets?

for printed pages:
check out file / page setup - sheet tab and rows to repeat at top

for worksheets:
say you want the values of sheet1 A1 repeated in sheet 2 A1 then click in
sheet2 A1 type an = then click on sheet1 A1 and press enter
