I used to be able to use my arrow keys to move from cell to cell. All of a
sudden, arrow keys cause the sheet to scroll without reselecting a cell.  I
must have unwittingly changed a setting.  I can not figure out how to get it
back.
Any ideas?

Hi

Maybe you pressed the Scroll Lock key at some stage.  The sheet then changes
every time you press say the right arrow, so that it will satart with Col B
then C etc, yet you cannot see which cell is selected.  If you then start
pressing the Left arrow, you will return to Col A, only to find that the
cursor is still in Col A
