I use Excel 2003. I have the default for fixed decimal points set to 2.
When I enter 2345, 23.45 displays. However, when I enter 2345. , I still get
23.45. What I want is 2345.00.
What do I need to do to make this happen?

Hi Cahr
Have you formatted the cells as Number, 2 fixed decimal points? Or have you
just set the default on the Edit tab under Tools|Options to 2 fixed decimal
points. If the latter, then entering 2345. will display as 2345. If the
first, it will display as 2345.00.

Type 2345.0
xl2003 (IIRC) changed behavior (if you're used to earlier versions)
