I am trying to print out a long table with several heading on the first page
for a document 50 pages long.  My question is, what and where the function
that allows me to setup cells to be reprinted on another page so that i dont
i have to refer to the first page to verify that i am reading the information
from the right column.

Like headers?

File|page setup|sheet tab|use rows to repeat at top.

Don't forget to add a nice header/footer that shows the page numbers.
