When I email a document to a co-worker of mine. My page
set up changes.  When they receive it, it prints on more
pages than I have it set for and they have to reconfigure
the spreadsheet.  Any ideas?

I'm guessing that they use a different printer (or just a different printer
driver) than you use.

When I don't know what type of printer is going to be used, I'll try to increase
the margins and make it fit almost any printer.  (Sometimes I have to go back to
do it again, but not often.)
