European Date Format

How can you set the Date format in Excell to European.  I
can change the Way it Reads (dd/mm/yy), but inputting it-
it has to be input mm/dd/yy?

Try changing your windows regional settings to the order you like:  dmy.

Windows Start button|Settings|Control panel|regional settings|Date tab
Modify your short date style.
