All I get when i open an excel file or excel itself is a blue bar at the top
theres no toolbars or File, Edit etc

Its office 2003 and I've tried to reload it but that didn't help, Word has
all its toolbars and it worked fine yesterday

I've tried to find the XBL file but the search can't find it

Please Help

Try searching for an  *.XLB file.

Make sure your OS is set up to show all extensions and hidden files/folders.
