socalmichelle, rows or columns? you can not delete them, but you can hide
them, click on H then Ctrl+shift+right arrow key to select all the columns
to the right, then format columns hide

I'm a bit confused - rows are numbered and columns use letters.

You can't delete the rows, but you can hide them. Click on the row
identifier for row 8 so that the whole row is highlighted, then hold
down the <SHIFT> key and press <End> once followed by <down_arrow),
then release <SHIFT> - this will have highlighted all the rows to the
bottom. Then click Format | Rows | Hide.

If you want to hide columns, then click on the "H" at the top of the
column to highlight that column, then holding the <SHIFT> key down
press <End> followed by <right_arrow> then release <SHIFT> and Format |
Columns | Hide.

Hope this helps.

Pete
