I would like to hide a list of macros from user in excel 2000 without
password protection functinality.

For unsophisticated users maybe this will work.

Make all your macros Private as in

Private Sub macro1()
code
End Sub

They won't show up in Tools>Macro>Macros or with ALT + F8
