I would like to generate random numbers (10 at a time)
from a list of numbers in range a1:a70. Is there an Excel
or VBA solution please

Put =rand() in B1:B70.
Sort A1:B70 by column B.
Choose the first 10.
Hit f9 to recalc (if you want) and resort.

If you really want some VBA, Myrna Larson has posted a shuffle routine a few
times.
