Does anyone know the maximum size of an excel file?
I have a user who created a file that is 96MB big.
Now when she, or her boss, or I try to open it up off the
network, it comes up w/ a message saying "Not enough
Memory".
The boss and I have 512MB RAM and the user has 384.
this should be enough I would think so now I'm wondering
if excel can't handle it?
Any ideas?
Thank you.

Dennis,

for what it's worth...
I'm just working thru the Microsoft Press big book on Excel (Dodge, Kinata +
Stinson).  It says in that that the only limit on the size of an Excel
spreadsheet is the computer's system + memory..

Richard.
