How to get Column Headings to show up where A, B, C, D, etc. are?

This allows user to start data on A1/Row #1 so that the numbering works
automatically.  Column labels above Row #1 will also allow the
labels/headings to appear on each page of the worksheet and not just A, B, C,
D, etc.

You can't change the a,b,c etc column letters to something else.  You need to
add the headings in row 1.  You could lso add the row numbers you want in
column 1 so your data starts in cell B2.

To keep these headings you need to click in cell b2 and then windows>freeze
panes

Hi Lee

Even in XL2007, the headings use row 1.
They do however, automatically lock at the top of screen in placed of A,
B, C etc. If you scroll down the screen.
A, B, C become visible again, once you scroll back up to row 1.
