Ijay,
First select all the cells you want your users to be able to enter data in
and then click Format - Cells - Protection and un-check the locked tab.
The Tools - Protection - Protect sheet and apply a password if you want and
your formula and formatting should be safe.
Please note that Excel security is weak so anyone with a mind to could
bypass this.

Thanks, it seems it's working, Please advise me now how to reverse this
option to enable me to modify the formulas if I need 2, is the same backwards
?

Tools protection - unprotect sheet.
If you set a password you will be prompted to enter it.
