Line1. If I enter File>New>Blank Workbook, the wrong Workbook is loaded.
Line2. If I click the New icon on the Standard Toolbar, I get the correct
Workbook.

How do I Fix the problem on Line1 to load the correct Workbook (the same
Workbook as in Line2)?

File>New...Blank workbook will give you the default Excel workbook which you
cannot change so no way of "fixing" that.

File>New(no ellipsis) or clicking the the New File Icon will give you your
customized workbook which is saved as a Template named BOOK.XLT and stored in
your XLSTART folder.
