I'm using Excel XP...on my laptop when an selecting a cell the Row and Column
Header change color from gray to blue.  On the same application at work the
row and column headers simply go bold.  I have searched for the option to
turn this color highlighting on but cannot locate it.  Anybody know how to do
this?

You might like to try Chip Pearson's RowLiner, available here:

Hope this helps.

Thanks...that helps but is not exactly what I'm asking for.  But you did give
me an idea...it must be an addon feature I will need our IT to give me the
install disk for.

One question though...when you shut down Excel that addon disables.  How do
you get it to launch when Excel launches?
