why dose eula com up each time i open any of office 2003?

each time i open word ,excel, or outlook the eula opens and you have to
accept it to run the program . my os is vista home premium

Hi there,

in a network environment I have to agree to the EULA as the network
admin, otherwise my poor users are stuck with this repeated EULA bug
forever.

Maybe you can solve your EULA repeat-bug by login into the user
account that installed your copy of office, and accept the EULA in
that account?
