Importing External Data - Can we specify the full path

Hi
I have an excel workbook stored in a shared network drive. One of the sheets
in the workbook has an external link from a csv text file (say
importfile.csv) stored in a different directory in the server. Everything
works fine when I open the workbook and click the refresh data icon.
However, one of our team members has this shared network drive mapped to a
different drive on his machine. (It is G:\sharefolder for everyone else but
S:\sharefolder for this person). When this person tries to refresh the data,
excel gives an error saying it cannot find G:\Sharefolder\importfile.csv to
import data from.
In the past, when I have used excel files, I can change the file-path in
'Edit Query' option under Data menu, Import External Data option.

However, since this is a .csv file, Instead of 'Edit Query', I see the
option changed to 'Edit Text Import', and therfore, I am not able to specify
the full network path for the .csv file.

Any suggestions to make this work?

Can you use a URL instead \\server\share\file?

I could.
Unfortunately, the Edit Text import option does not show the place where I
could specify the file path or the URL name in this case.
