I have set up a timesheet using Excel. Lets say that I
have filled out my timesheet and my supervisor must sign
off on it.  The signoff is a cell inside the timesheet.
Is there any way to lock me out. So that I cannot go back
and then change it after the supervisor signed it.

Your supervisor can password protect the workbook or just the worksheet.
