Excel crashing

Office 97 & Win98

Receive error message when user accesses Excel;

Kernel 32 caused a GP Fault in module KRN386.EXE

Have researched on Microsoft and i am trying various
workarounds, defrag, tmp files etc but still probs.

Any ideas?
