I have been using Lotus as my database and spreadsheet.
Is there any way to take all of my information and put it
into the Microsoft Excel and Access? (without manually
typing it in, of course!)

If your data is in 1-2-3, then the 1-2-3 files can be opened with Excel.
Some worksheet functions will work.  Others may not.  Excel's macro language
is completely different than that of Lotus 1-2-3, so any macros will have to
be rewritten using vba.  If you save the 1-2-3 file as an Excel file, then
it can be imported into Access.
