I'm having trouble finding the Temp folder under Local Settings/User/Documents and Settings. I need to delete a tmp file from it. Janet Make sure you have hidden and system files showing There should be 2 temp folders on your computer if you are running XP 1 is c:\windows\temp the other will be c:\documents & settings\janet(your user name)\Local Settings(hidden folder)\Temp Delete all files and subfolders from the temp directory.
