excel sheet all grey

we see the cells on the top
but where the sheet should be its greyed out
i know we hit something to make it like that
how can we get to see the sheet again?

One guess ..
Try click Format > Row > Unhide

Or maybe you are in Page Break Preview?
Select View > Normal
