I have saved a workbook as an Web htm that is now on my hardrive as
C:/documents and settings/workbook.htm. What do I send to others to
view this workbook and can I see their updates???

you use a database and something other than Excel lol

You send them the file you saved. They'll need Excel, since they're going
to update it. They can view it with a browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox,
Netscape, etc.), since it's htm, but can't change it.
