format refers to the format on the toolbar at the top of your worksheet
conditional formattin is an option
formula is is an option in the left box
It's pretty self-explanatory unless you went to college at Texas A & M.

What have you got against Texas A&M Don?
I went to Michigan, so I personally don't have any bias, pro or con, about
Texas.

It's just a running joke kind of thing between the University of Texas (my
school) and A & M. We "fondly" call them "aggies". They don't usually beat
us.
BTW. I have an aggie daughter in law so they aren't all bad. <G>
