I am amazed at the intellectual horse-power that has been wasted in this
forum on topics and comments that have absolutely nothing to do with the
original poster's issue.
We are here to help, not to showboat our mastery of the nuances of opinion
about which Microsoft product is superior. To my way of thinking, every
response to every posting can easily be assigned to one of two categories:
Either we are helping the original poster or we are not.
Now, I would like to see us focus on the business of helping the people who
are trying to get the most out of Excel but need a little guidance.

Never argue with idiots.
First, they drag you down to their level...
Then, they beat you with experience.

A few more thoughts...
If a comment is completely off topic and inflamatory, the users of this
forum will see it for what it's worth. We should let it die on the vine. No
response is necessary. Otherwise, we end up wasting our time to the
amusement of the troll...and all to no useful end. Wouldn't we rather spend
our time responding to the people who want and need our assistance?
