Hi Bart,
QuickBooks (Intuit.com), maybe.   Should handle the accounting,
it won't do the taxes, you have to keep paying more for more features,
but you probably need that or something similar  with or without an
Accountant.   Trouble is you probably have to keep updating each year.

It seems that you would be doing this for accounting and taxes, you shouldn't
have to enter your information into Excel as well.

Incidentally looking at Intuit's website they have a sickening animation
on the left-hand menu's  -- I'll bet we see more of that in with new systems
and software.   I'd turn off any such animations for instant menus if possible.

  Oh yes,  it was in Excel 2000 until I killed it:
  Tools, customize, Options (tab),   animations: NONE

The following Google web search gets about 33 hits

The -HTH   would help prevent newsgroups postings from interfering
on a web search, including this one,   though the use of  site:microsoft.com
is even more effective <grin>
